In 2012, I took responsibility for the Adam Neeley Fine Art Jewelry mailing list. Since that time I have led the brand to better organize data and refine customer communication, which has increased brand loyalty and strengthened the email list. On average, open rates and click rates for this list are twice as strong as industry averages.
I started by considering the brand's unique communication needs, then sought to create thoughtful and efficient strategies. Accomplishments include:
- Annual list growth of 10-15%
- Brainstormed and implemented strategies for increasing the number of list subscribers
- Refined a recognizable e-newsletter style, advancing branding efforts
- Strong email interaction stats. The list enjoys a 34.6% average open rate (v. 15.7% industry average) and a 5.2% click rate (v. 2.2 industry average), with single campaigns open rates as high as 71.1%
