In the Fall of 2015, Bay-Area jewelry designer Kendra Bryant, of Kendra Renee Jewelry, introduced a new service offering to wedding band clients. For this experience called Double Pour, the couple is invited into the studio to help to cast their rings, then celebrate with a champagne toast. I helped the Kendra Renee Jewelry team to get the word out about this distinctly romantic and hands-on offering.
I conducted an interview with Bryant to thoroughly understand the Double Pour process and then set to work. With a goal of capturing the emotional weight and excitement of Double Pour, I wrote and edited a press release entitled Pour Your Heart Out.
The resulting press release was effective at conveying the magic of Bryant's Double Pour. The copy was incorporated into a Double Pour web page and the became a springboard for editorial coverage.
